We celebrated our 30th on this trip and this was one of the most memorable anniversaries ever. Having the snow come down as we sat in the hot tub, enjoying the gas fireplace on the deck, and sleeping solidly in the silence made for an outstanding experience. The privacy was amazing! And the owner was available by text if we ever needed anything. The house was well stocked. We will be back!

This was one of the best Airbnb's I've ever stayed at - it was so cozy and comfortable and completely as described. The space is very well designed, the kitchen super spacious and easy to cook in (and super well stocked with all sorts of equipment and baking cooking items like salt/pepper/oil), the beds super comfortable, and the outdoor areas just great. We spent most of the days on the porch, in and out of hottub, looking at the trees and chatting. It was just so relaxing and made me want to spend days there, in really any type of weather. I highly recommend! Check-in/out was very easy as well and the location is quite close to the little town of Mars Hill, which has a good grocery store and some cute restaurants. Thanks for everything!

I really enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb! Everything was perfect and clean! The hot tub was really cool and the fire pit. The property is very quiet and overall a lovely place and I will definitely be back. As an Airbnb host myself, I was pleased with my experience.

What a beautiful spot to spend a few days in the mountains! The cabin was private but still easy to access (no sketchy mountain driveway!) and exactly as described. It was super clean and had a great set of amenities. We loved the view of the creek and enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit in particular! The EV charger and proximity to local attractions, like the ski hill, were added benefits. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful escape from it all! We loved this location - so private and quiet but not too far from Asheville. The house is lovely and well appointed. We appreciated the s’mores ingredients for the fire pit and the robes for the hot tub. We hope to return.

Amazing location, amazing hosts, and amazing place! The air bnb itself is a beautiful, private cabin, that has everything you need to have a very relaxing time. As well as it’s only 30min from downtown Asheville. All the amenities you can need before arriving. A very nice layout out of the home. Very responsive to any questions or needs we had. No complaints! Asheville is a beautiful city, and this is a beautiful cabin to stay. Highly recommend.

Creekside Cabin at Laurel Valley is as described! Had a group stay here to ski Hatley Pointe which is just a short drive. We booked this specifically since the description said we did not need AWD and oh boy I am glad we did not! It ended up snowing about 8 inches which made skiing great AND getting up to Hatley and also the interstate the next morning after the snow dump accessible since most of the surrounding area is relativity flat enough. Just wanted to drop a review since the description was accurate if you are worried about booking it and possible snow! Lindsey is responsive and considerate - did not rush is out the next morning giving us extra time to ensure we were safe. Thank you for a great stay!

The cabin was spotless and beautifully finished without feeling fragile or untouchable—comfortable, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming. We planned to use it as a home base while exploring Asheville, but ended up spending most of our time right there—reading, cooking, hiking the property, soaking in the hot tub, and sitting outside listening to the creek. It’s the kind of place that makes slowing down feel natural. We brought our two dogs, and watching them explore and live their best outdoor lives was a highlight of the trip. The amenities were excellent, but the tap water deserves special recognition. We’re serious about good water (we have a Berkey at home and usually miss it when traveling), and somehow this water was even better—crisp, clean, and elite. Whatever filtration system you have, please never change it. We can’t wait to come back and are already eyeing the other property up the hill.
